The Role
I really enjoyed the diversity of the role. I like how you are able to do the full role and there is no limitations.
You are welcomed not only into your team but also the whole office. You also get the opportunity to build relationships with people from other offices. Your work is just as important as everyone else's.
I was given full support, by managers right across the business. You also receive full training by even working with colleagues from other parts of the country.
I am constantly kept busy. Even when starting out, there is always training to do so you were never left with nothing to do.
I was given a lot of responsibility. I was solely responsible for looking after some key clients and contacts within my area.
The skills that I have developed have helped me manage my time better, build my confidence and also organise my day. This will help through my assignments to manage my work, uni and personal life balance whilst getting the best possible grades.
The Company
There is always a great atmosphere in the office. Achievements are always rewarded and help is always given. There is days where the office work as a whole to boost productivity and this is reflected in the outcomes and the rapport between everyone.
I found that for me everything flowed. The support and training that I needed was there. Any extra help was always on offer. The process from start to finish was smooth.
We were given a week when we first started to learn more about the company and what it had to offer. This then went on to teach us about how we can make this work for a client and candidate. I was then given the opportunity to do some training in London where I was able to apply the knowledge I had first gained and develop more.

Company Parties/Events
If given the opportunity, Hays is definitely the place that I would like to start my career.
The Culture
There is always social gatherings with colleagues, whether it is company events or a drink after work.
I live outside of the city centre so for me the cost of living isn't bad. However, to live directly in the centre is pricey.
There is great nightlife around Liverpool
There was plenty of networking events to attend to help build your knowledge and work
