  • I have had a great year at IBM. I was given responsibilities and numerous opportunities to develop my skills and knowledge.

  • Everyone at IBM is really friendly and always happy to help.

  • My manager was always there when I needed help.

  • As an intern at IBM, you get a very good work-life balance.

  • People are given just as much responsibility as they are willing to take on.

  • I have received great training opportunities but some of them weren't relevant to my degree.

  • Always nice and friendly.

  • The whole placement year was very well organised - starting from the 2 day induction in Portsmouth.

  • IBM encourages its employees to complete 40h of education per year. It has numerous resources of up-to-date education.

  • Yes, lots of different social events were organised throughout the year.

  • I worked in Warwick - quite cheaper than London!

  • Not many places to go to as it is a small town.

  • There were numerous volunteering opportunities to get involved in.
