Everyone at IBM is really friendly and always happy to help.
My manager was always there when I needed help.
As an intern at IBM, you get a very good work-life balance.
People are given just as much responsibility as they are willing to take on.
I have received great training opportunities but some of them weren't relevant to my degree.
The Company
Always nice and friendly.
The whole placement year was very well organised - starting from the 2 day induction in Portsmouth.

Working from home
IBM is open to hiring people from various degrees as long as they have the right skills.
The Culture
Yes, lots of different social events were organised throughout the year.
I worked in Warwick - quite cheaper than London!
Not many places to go to as it is a small town.
