The Role
Flat management structure, constant stream of work so not sitting around bored
Great staff, approachable (at the right time) and happy to teach
Support there if needed and monitored throughout
I had enough to do without it being completely overwhealming. Deadlines were sensible, and help was there if I was struggling.
The work given was utilised by staff as an end result but I am not sure how much value it added.
Helped give real life application to academic work, and discovered learning not always involves note taking
The Company
exciting given market volatility
constant contact with hr, vast amount on offer to gain an overview of the buesiness. well managed and organised.
In both money and time, the firm invests a lot to help you get on.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Appealing but decision not been made yet.
The Culture
like minded individuals active in keeping in touch and enjoying the social side of work.
Generally expensive for lunch/breakfast but subsidised canteen. Drinks are ridiculously expensive, but it is the city.
Big Thursday nights
Mainly sport e.g. 5 aside football
