The Role
I loved it, best company I have ever worked for so have to say a big fat 10
In the R&D team there is a real family feel so would rate it at 9
My line manager provided a constant pillar of support throughout the year, encouraging my personal development whilst allowing me to challenge him to grow also 10
I managed my own time which initially I struggled with, but come the end of the year become proficient at being busy doing the correct things 10
I was given a very level of responsibility, & challenged to drive for results myself through product development 10
10 without a doubt my business management is know 10x greater than when I began
The Company
10 Very pleasant, could be serious, not serious, very fun place to work
There was a few bits that could have been smoother, but generally it was very well run 8
They invested in me greatly, my drive for personal development was seen & opened opportunities to take extra training.

The Culture
10, the students always meet up for socials, as did my colleagues
5 make as expensive or as cheap as you want, sacrifice luxury for the basics & it could be very cheap, although I like the finer things in life so spent a little more on accommodation.
