The Role
I enjoyed various aspects of my role over the last year. I recommend it to anyone looking for a career in tech.
I was invited out to the various countries where other colleagues worked to visit if I wanted to which meant alot as an intern.
The University team were fantastic from application to the end of the year. I felt my manager gave me guidance when I really really needed it but I also feel that at times he was too busy.
I had enough time to do my core role and my stretch project which was also a part of my internship.
I was given enough to make me feel that I was providing business impact and helping the team.
I have had 0 PM experience and now I feel I could go into a full PM job and be confident I could deliver.
The Company
Very relaxed but also serious. There are places to relax but the office all in all was awesome,
From Welcome Day to the day you start you are kept in the loop with everything and there is always someone on hand to help out.
You have weekly 1:1's with you manager (well i did) but I didnt find these relevant.
