The Role
Learned a lot(!) while having opportunities to do things outside of my core role - work with other interns, travel and have a real impact on the business
Everyone was really friendly and helpful, especially in the beginniglng when I was overwhelmed and scared of the unknown.
Weekly catch ups with my manager were very helpful. I could tell him about every problem or concern I have. He also provided guidance and helped me whenever I had a problem with work.
I was able to manage my own time and work which I found really convenient. Every day we would discuss progress of everybody's work and if someone had problems then other would help him.
I was given many important tasks and I closely worked with other teams. I feel like my work really contributed to the project and it made me feel proud.
They will help me a lot! Not only I learned work skills and gained knowledge but I also learned how to work with other people, organize projects and be productive.
The Company
Very positive, literally almost felt like family. I worked in one of the studios and everybody knew each other. We had different events every few weeks. I loved every single moment.
I think it was very good - I knew what to do and if not I always had someone to help me. We also had all interns events which I enjoyed.
I had access to many different resources which helped me to improve. We also had some presentations on personal development. I definitely improved.

There are many options - including popular grad scheme which has a variety of different roles.
The Culture
Lots of people from all over the world. It created a good and friendly atmosphere.
I lived in Leicester and given the amount I was paid it wasn't really a problem to go out, socialise and have fun.
Different clubs and pubs, so there was always something to do. But it obviously didn't feel like living in big cities.
Yes, we had events like film screening or games nights. Oh and also fitness sessions!
