The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the past year, enough so to extend my contract further for an extra month into the summer! I can confidently say that this has been one of, if not THE best year of my life!
I have been incredibly fortunate enough to b landed with a team and colleagues that are tremendously supportive and fun to work with. I definitely regard many people at work as a second value and it is so encouraging to feel valued amongst colleagues, particularly those in senior positions!
My team , managers and mentors have extended the upmost of support to me and I will eternally be grateful to them for this as they have really set the bar in the workplace for me.
The nature of Sales Support and the business is that the workload is vey inconsistent, however I grew to realise that this was all part and parcel of the job. Sometimes I would have very little work to do and a lot of unproductive time whereas other times I would be rushed off my feet with responsibility!
The main project that I have demands a lot of responsibility, and I was the only person responsible for this! However at times I would have liked to have been given even more!
100%! I can confidently say that I have grown whilst on this placement, my skills and confidence have had a tremendous boost and I consider myself to be much more responsible and professional now!
The Company
My office is always relaxed and fun! It is such a great place to work and that is largely down to the people.
The structure and the promises were organised and kept! Each person's experience was highly influenced by the team and managers allocated to them.
I have attended many optional training sessions and many offsites, all at the encouragement of my manager which have severely aided my growth, knowledge and happiness.
