The Role
I enjoyed everyday - there was not a day I didn't get up dreading to go to work. Best year yet !
Colleagues very quickly became friends - really welcoming and everybody throughout the business always has time to help an Intern and make the feel truly valued.
My manager was a lot about personal development and ensuring the best of me is brought out. Always available to provide support & guidance along my Intenrship
The projects I was involved kept me really busy and hence time has flown. There was always work I could be doing or et involved in.
One of the most surprising aspects of the Internship was the amount of responsibility and therefore the impact an Intern can have is outstanding. Something I never really expected.
I have utilised my skills but also built in new skills that have allowed me to grow and develop. I have learnt key skills that undoubtedly will help me during my studies and my future.
The Company
Always a good vibe and atmosphere. Very relaxed but fast moving atmosphere.
Very well organised, with mid-year events with other Interns & a big end-of-year celebration event.
I was able to attend training sessions that was available to Full-time employees - therefore shows that the company was willing to invest in my personal development and training.
