The Role
It has been a really enjoyable year. I gained some truly valuable technical and interpersonal skills
The team was great, everyone was extremely helpful and kind. They were always on the spot to help out if I had any questions.
My manager was really supportive throughout the year, always supported my personal development initiatives. She helped me to develop both as an employee and a person.
I was pretty busy on a daily basis, always had something to do. There was no particular rush with the deadline, so I had time to explore more and add more value to the work I did.
Pretty much responsibility during the year. I had to produce weekly & monthly reports that directly contribute to the leadership meetings and informed them of the latest trends. Had to manage SharePoint myself and ensure it is always up to date.
Most of the skills concerning Excel, SQL and others are pretty transferrable to other roles and industries, so surely will help me in the future. Interpersonal skills are extremely useful not only for career but for daily life also.
The Company
Very warm and friendly, pretty relaxed at the times.
Very well structured and organised program. Super helpful University staffing team. Really fun, enjoyable and useful events during the year.
Really helped with personal development. Allowed flexible hours and time for studying during work hours.
