The Role
Really liked: - The stuff I ended up doing - Flexibility with time and what I got up to
Went through a few periods of not being busy enough but generally the level of work was pretty good.
Felt like I got to do some really high calibre things, such as pitching to CIO's and lead projects.
One of the most valuable experiences I have had.
The Company
Due to the nature of my department it varied a lot.
I felt this could have been better, but I know most other interns felt differently so this may be a problem exclusively for me.
Most individuals were very helpful.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Would very much like to end up back at Microsoft.
The Culture
It was really good for a small group of us but the general community was lacking.
Very cheap.
Best place I have lived in in terms of nightlife.
A few schemes through work, and plenty to do in Reading.
