The Role
Immensely,
8) A great deal, as there is a true belief in collaboration and belief that everyone has an opinion which can be useful to the project.
Lots of support. If not from my direct manager then from experienced team members.
Very busy, but at certain times of the year, work would slow down and I could focus my attention on other aspects of the business.
Much responsibility and I was the only person who could do that job. So I have to manage the handover and periods when I was not off work.
I have learnt a great deal which I will take back to university. Most of which include how to be more organized and to structure my days.
The Company
Laid back mostly, but there are times when the hype picks up.
very well organized. It felt like everything interns got involved in was well thought out and planned.
There seems to be a limitless budget as we are skilled an trained in so many different ways which makes me feel well invested in.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
very appealing. I definitely want to work for Microsoft.
The Culture
Yes

Not bad at all. Could go to a bar right under the building
