The Role
It has been an amazing experience, which has given me a huge exposure to the market world. A steep learning curve which provides a lifetime experiences.
Everyone including high level management has been very helpful and welcoming. All questions are welcomed and answered to a good level.
Again everyone has been really helpful in providing information available to them.
Due to limited knowledge as an intern it is difficult to always be able to help out. It is of greatest importance that you are proactive.
I was given the opportunity to work on a project that had life before my time at teh desk and will continue on until it's purpose has been achieved.
The learning curve in the working environment is of extreme importance and builds a sense urgency to take in as much as possible in times of learning.
The Company
The enviroment in the markets has been very exciting over the last few weeks and is usually varied in the FX world.
The internship was organised well in terms of providing an overview of the working world within.
RBS provides a very welcoming culture and provides events throughout.
I would liek to work with RBS, i believe it is a good place to learn from and develop as a person in the industry.
The Culture
Amazing social atmosphere, the group here was very welcoming.
It is central London
Good because the people are good, you do need to know where you are going.
You need to make an effort to be involved, but there are activities like team football amongst others.
