The Role
Very much, been given great oppertunities and isight into the way the company works.
Felt part of the team very quickly, hard work appreciated.
Often presented with jobs by manager.
Given regular jobs with varying degrees of difficulty and size.
Perosnally responsible for all jobs presented, could have been given more responsibility.
Developed engineering skills, valuable for University and will be carried forward into my future career.

Great atmosphere with a strong team culture.
Took some time to get settled but generally very good.
Very little physical training but developed knowledge and skills on the job.
