The Role
I enjoyed working at Cummins, as it allows you to be independent as well as showcase your skills that you've learnt from university.
I feel very valued as a colleague, rather than a student here at Cummins.
The support and guidance provided by my manager and supervisor has been immense. Very interested in what I'm doing, current projects, changing it every so often, so I have received a clear insight to all areas within IT.
Some days admin, other days project managing etc.

I extended soft skills and technical skills such as communicantion skills to confidence building. Also, other training that was provided were stats and graphs and six sigma bootcamp training.
The Company
Upbeat and talkative.
The overall work placement was organized quite well. There appeared to be enough work for me to complete throughout my months at Cummins, and new challengers were created if a lot of admin work was on-going.
