The Role
i really enjoyed it. the people are gret and the atmosphere with the other interns was very good. the only thing which was a bit disapointed is the quantity of work... because we cant trade there is a lot of observation.
we are interns and traders are extremely busy so its hard to keep their atention more than 1min..
on my desk we didnt really have any guidance.. we have to learn by oueselves and make sure we push to spend some time with some traders.
not busy enough! but this is the problem of an internship in trading! you just wanna start trading but you cant.
very little as you require the FSA to start trading.
i learnt a lot in excel and it was a fantastic experience of what trading is!
The Company
the atmosphere is very nice. usually people talk to you, ask how you are doing etc..
as a whole, very well organised. specifically on my desk a bit less due to the fact that our line manager was a bit to high up in the hierarchy.
they invested a lot. we had a week of training which was great as I didnt study finance or economics!
Company Parties/Events
i dont know yet if I've got a job but some people definitely do!
The Culture
amazing! all the other interns are great.
very good socialising but quite expensive.
london is great for the nightlife.
it depends of you.
