The Role
I have very much enjoyed my year at Hays recruitment.
You are made to feel an integral part of the team from the off.
My manager was always around to support whenever I needed assistance.
It does vary but I was always fairly busy.
You are given a huge amount of responsibility, for example, once you are settled in you may even go on client visits by yourself.
I have learnt a massive range of skills, all of which will assist me in my degree studies and further on in my career.
The Company
Great office environment, friendly people and very sociable.
Everything was well structured and this included very detailed training.
When you start, you are subject to a large amount of training. The same training as if you were a permanent employee.
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
It is very possible to return to Hays if you have performed well enough during the internship.
The Culture
Very good, drinks on Friday's and a number of company events.
I was lucky enough to live at home but living in London can be costly.
The City is a great place on a Friday night.
Yes, lots of sporting/social activities.
