  • very enjoyable, great social life with other interns as well as permanent employees in the business.

  • learning and development is supported throughout placement. Formal training sessions provided upon start with continuous informal opportunities to learn informally from more experienced members of the team.

  • Generally very busy and required to manage competing tasks.

  • Expectations are clearly communicated; you are assigned as much responsibility as a Trainee Consultant and are given the autonomy and support you need to run your desk.
