The Role
very enjoyable, great social life with other interns as well as permanent employees in the business.
learning and development is supported throughout placement. Formal training sessions provided upon start with continuous informal opportunities to learn informally from more experienced members of the team.
Generally very busy and required to manage competing tasks.
Expectations are clearly communicated; you are assigned as much responsibility as a Trainee Consultant and are given the autonomy and support you need to run your desk.
interacting with different businesses on a daily basis means that you gain a real commercial experience.
