  • There was always work to do even if things slowed down sometimes

  • given plenty of responsibility, building as I gained experience.

  • Technical skills are fairly specialised by the training was given and there was generally a strong emphasis on development.

  • A lot of younger colleagues so there atmosphere was social and fun.

  • Could have had a more organised induction.

  • Strong emphasis on development and training, had to take initiative myself though but it is easy to find training and development opportunities.
