The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it very beneficial. exceeded my expectations
I have felt very valued even as an intern. Everyone is very willing to engage with you
I have been very lucky with the managers I have had over the past 12 months - all have been very supportive and given me lots of opportunity.
I have been very busy on a daily basis lots of different ad hoc tasks and also major projects
I have been given way more responsibility than I expected, project managing launches and also looking after big budgets
I will be able to draw on lots of real life examples that I have encountered over the past 12 months and also experiences from other people.
The Company
Everyone is very friendly and also a very busy daily routine
When I arrived there had been some big changes in team structure which took some time to settle down, but now it is very well organised.
We have had the opportunity to attend talks from senior stakeholders across the business and also a few training sessions on presenting for example.

The Culture
Yes there is a very good social scene plenty of corporate events and also lots of activities with L'Oreal
London inevitably is a very expensive place to live
London nightlife is good but v expensive. Plenty of subsidised events though for interns which makes its much cheaper
I've been involved in football after work and also a few other events
