The Role
Excellent role with a variety of projects and a lot of activities outside work environment.
Very supportive and keen to help, explain and answer any question.
Fantastic mentor, very supportive and influential. Role model on engineering, leadership and mentoring.
Very busy in a good sense. This part of placement was quite flexible since it was strongly upon how much are the abilities and how keen is the intern that determined how much responsibility and work the intern will be given.
More than what I was expecting in a good sense. This was giving the opportunity to the interns to get outside their comfort zones and stretch themselves to develop even more.
Extremely important skills were developed that cannot be learned from books or University and that is because of the unique daily challenges that the workspace in GE offered me.
The Company
Very nice environment to work in, people were very kind and keen to help and answer any question no matter of their workload and time available.
Very organised, everything was set up in advance and there was a great effort to keep the good organisation in place.
A lot of time of invested on us by experienced engineers/employees in order to develop all the necessary skills to be capable to perform our daily work as good as possible.
