  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Very much so. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and make you feel apart from the team.

    • I felt like I was apart of the trainee group within the department and my supervisors valued the work I completed.

    • My trainee buddy and people I shared 'my pod' with were always happy to answer any questions.

    • You learn what skills the 'perfect' trainee requires, develop your phone voice and learn how to write advice.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Very well structured. There is a social at the beginning of the first week and some ice breaker activities to meet all of the vac schemers and trainees. The work given to you is determined by your supervisor which you fit around the presentations throughout the scheme which give an insight into different practice areas.

    • It is a really friendly environment and you feel really involved with your team, other vac schemers and trainees.

    • We are given IT training at the beginning of the scheme to ensure you can use the system.

    • You are fully submerged in the team you are in and treated like a trainee

    • We had presentations from other practice departments and a varied selection of trainees came to the events
