The Role
Best Year Ever! Very said it was just one year.
Everyone at NI is really friendly and ready to help. At NI you are not afraid of asking questions and event the most simple questions will be treated in a professional manner.
The supervisors were the ones that were setting goals to me and I really find in them a trustworthy person that I could share my thoughts and work towards achieving my maximum potential.
The work load was perfectly balanced with the opportunity of working at personal projects if the daily tasks were achieved.
At NI you are treated as a normal employee and there was not even a second when I felt as an intern. The tasks were the same as a senior AE or a graduate ELP.
I am 100% sure the skills that I gained this year will help me in my future career as an engineer. Both technical and interpersonal skills gained from the experience at NI will make me to achieve my goals and to work harder and harder everyday.
The Company
The atmosphere was great, professional and everybody was there to help if you have any questions or concerns.
The placement was on point. With 6 weeks of training and also continuous development throughout the year NI is the perfect place to develop your career and to learn skills that will be with you all your life.
There was intensive training in NI products hardware and software, presentation skill classes, opportunities to do demonstrations in front of customers and also the opportunity to be part of major events like Aerospace and Defence Forum and/or NI Days.

The Culture
The atmosphere was perfect and I considered I made friends for life at NI.
The cost was normal for the South of the country.
Newbury is not the best place to go out but there are always other options like Reading (30 minutes by train) or London (1 hour by train)
People from work do a lot together. Football every Wednesday, bouldering on Fridays, running marathons, cycling and also trips to another cities or countries.
