The Role
I enjoyed the challenges my placement presented to me. I have learned so much during my placement that I don't think I could have learned at university.
I felt valued by my colleagues, as the months went on I did not feel like a student anymore
I have always been given the right support during my placement
In my function, it depends on the time of the month. During month end was my busiest period.
I have been given a good amount of responsibility. As the months went on, I was given more responsibility and projects.
I have been given an insight into the career path that I would like to pursue. The skills that I have developed will be very beneficial for when I go back to university and future employment.
The Company
The general atmosphere is a relaxed working environment.
I found the whole process very well organised. There was a induction with all the placement students at the beginning and review at the end.
I received on the job training which was the most suitable training for my job role. I was able to access online training through faurecia Spring which was very helpful
Above 25 days holiday
There are graduate opportunities available in UK and international opportunities
The Culture
Yes, all the placement students got together outside work a couple times.
I did not live in Lichfield
