  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed the challenges my placement presented to me. I have learned so much during my placement that I don't think I could have learned at university.

    • I felt valued by my colleagues, as the months went on I did not feel like a student anymore

    • I have always been given the right support during my placement

    • In my function, it depends on the time of the month. During month end was my busiest period.

    • I have been given a good amount of responsibility. As the months went on, I was given more responsibility and projects.

    • I have been given an insight into the career path that I would like to pursue. The skills that I have developed will be very beneficial for when I go back to university and future employment.

    • The general atmosphere is a relaxed working environment.

    • I found the whole process very well organised. There was a induction with all the placement students at the beginning and review at the end.

    • I received on the job training which was the most suitable training for my job role. I was able to access online training through faurecia Spring which was very helpful

    • Above 25 days holiday

    • There are graduate opportunities available in UK and international opportunities

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Yes, all the placement students got together outside work a couple times.

    • I did not live in Lichfield
