  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The first half of my placement was really good and I felt really integrated into the team, however, in the second half I was left with little direction and not much responsibility

    • My first manager made me feel very valued. My second manager made me feel less so

    • My first manager supported me and gave me a lot of guidance, but my second manager is often out of the office and does not support me very much

    • It varies, sometimes I have a lot of jobs to do and other times I have nothing to do

    • I was given a few projects to work on myself and had several tasks I was responsible for

    • Several skills like people skills and confidence will help me in the future

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • My office atmosphere was really good and had a lot of laughs with the other people in there

    • There seems to be a lot of organisation as far as student events at the start and end are concerned

    • I attended a few training sessions, however, I did not feel that the company was massively invested in me

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • We met up a few times but we all lived far from each other so it was not very easy
