About You
I did really enjoy my time at Savills. I most enjoyed actually taking part in being an employee at a major firm, and also discussing affairs with colleagues. The office is magnificent, and caters very well to the needs of all the employees with a convenient location and sae of the art office amenities and services.
As an intern I felt that in general I was valued, as I was given tasks that were used in client report proving a trust in me. Further to this, Savills made massive efforts to expose myself and fellow inters to all departments in the business. One possible piece of constructive criticism would be that one of my mentors made a handful or pretentious belittling comments.
I felt well guided during the internship, I thought my mentor provided me with great instructions prior to giving me a task which was really beneficial for me every day. As time did go on, support and help becam less and less apparent, however this is not a problem as it requires you to use your initiative and develop your skills as an employee.
