The Role
This placement has given me a detailed and clear insight into the professional requirements when I graduate. Also, it has made It clear to myself that I wish to pursue a career in sales when I graduate.
My fellow employees were always complimentary of my efforts during my placement. The highlight was the recommendation email that I received from my manager in regards to a project I had to complete.
My manager at the start of my placement was very keen to assist me in all areas of my placement. Over time, he became more confident in me and this in turn gave me more self belief to better and develop myself.
I had a range of tasks that I had to complete daily. Also, I got given extra tasks and projects on top to ensure that I was busy all of the time!
At the start I was not given full responsibility, but over Time my manager had more confidence in me which meant that he gave me more autonomous responsibility.
The skills I have learnt will ensure I become more professional in my approach to my studies and I will think about scenarios in a different context.
The Company
Relaxed but intense and hard working at the same time.
The only negative was the poor student handover that I received, everything else was perfect.
I had constant training and supervision from both my supervisor and manager.
International Travel
Both the graduate and international vie schemes look very appealing to myself.
The Culture
There was a good social atmosphere in the office and there was a comfortable atmospher in social events outside of the workplace.
Didn't live in the area so unable to comment.
Didn't live in the area so unable to comment.
My work colleagues were keen to promote ideas for social events outside of the office.
