The Role
Really varied work, with very friendly atmosphere. Reasonably challenging and well paid.
Very welcoming, everyone was great, as it is a smaller business (100 people) you all know one another, it was great.
Always there to answer a question, or show me how to do something
Given lots to do, but not to the extent where I was stressing out
Given a reasopnable amount, trust was placed in me to do things and operate equipment
Fantastica Learning experience, it will prove invaluable in the future
The Company
Everyone works hard, but always has time for a short chat, which was good for happiness and productivity
Everything was organised well in advance, it was excellent
They gave me training in the things I requested, and taught me many engineering principles I had not come across yet
The graduate program looks fantastic, especially if I get the opporunity to travel
The Culture
There was only 2 of us, but it was quite good company, the business made sure that there wasn't just one intern by themselves
Lived in a private house, £80/week
Very boring isolated town, car is a neccessity
There is a pool and a gym, 2 big supermarkets etc
