The Role
Very much. A great learning experience.
Very valued. Given real responsibility.
Huge amount of support, always felt able to ask questions.
Busy enough that I was always doing something and never bored but never too busy that I felt overwhelmed.
I felt very valued as I was given jobs with real responsibility. Involving speaking to tenants myself.
Hugely. I have read many leases and improved my excel skills dramatically, both of which will help towards my studies.
The Company
Hard working but also friendly. Fun on Fridays!
Very well organised. The talks are very valuable and the networking events are fun and great for working on networking skills.
Again, very happy with the talks, I feel they have helped with my development. The HR team are always there to assist with any queries.
Very appealing. I really enjoyed my time with Savills and have got on with everyone I have met. Everyone from grads to directors have been very welcoming and willing to help and it is an environment I would like to be a part of.
The Culture
As interns we have all gotten on really well, often meeting for lunch and after work drinks. I will be keeping in contact with many of the other interns.
I am lucky enough to live in London so the cost of living didn't affect me too much. In terms of socialising, London is expensive but it is something you quickly get used to,
A good few pubs and bars near to the office that I have been taken to by my team or visited with other grads and interns.
Many opportunities. I took part in playing for the Savills Hockey team which I really enjoyed and also took part in the auction. The auction was very interesting and it was great to see another part of the business.
