The Role
I very much enjoyed my placement year. It was the hardest year of my life but also the most rewarding.
During the whole year I felt like I was valued across the whole company
My mentor was very helpful during the whole year.

There was a lot of responsibility throughout the year. In store I would be responsible for the whole store then during project time I was responsible for decision on an international level.
There will be less I can take back in an academic sense, however skills like time management and general organisational skills will help me in my final year.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was always friendly and helpful.
The first half of the year was very organised and it was clear where we would be going. However the organisation could have been improved during our office time.
The company invested in me throughout the year. The training was exceptional during my time with the company.

Very appealing and definitely a job I can see myself doing in the future
The Culture
It was tough during the beginning of the year while we were all in stores. However after that the social side of our placement increased.
Very reasonable
Questionable.
