The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed the year,
Very much so.
Frequent updates with management which guides you through the year.
Extremely busy most of the time.
Huge amount of the responsibility, from store time where you are holding the safe and running shifts to project time where you are in charge of your own project. You very much have to drive your own year.
Awareness, adaptability, flexibility. Organisation, time management and efficiency are perhaps the skills which I developed upon the most. I received a lot of training throughout different roles within the business. All of the skills have added value to myself and I believe they will aid me in the future.
The Company
Varied however always a positive atmosphere.
The first half of the year was very organised and clear. The second half of the year was perhaps a little less organised.
Huge amounts of financial and time investments made, I went on courses and had a lot of training.
Above 25 days holiday
Very much so.
The Culture
Very much enjoyed the social side of the year.
Swindon is fairly cheap.
Not great however we made the most of it.
Varied however more on the side of not so much.
