The Role
Since starting my placement at Hays, i have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I have been given many opportunities to grow within the business.
I worked and met some amazing colleagues and feel that i have made some friends that i will continue to see after my placement has finished.
I have been given the support and guidance i have needed throughout my time here, whenever there has been areas where i am unsure. There have always been member of staff who has been able to help me.
Every day is a different day and is always busy. this can include from travelling up and down the country for interviews to keeping busy with paper work and recruiting new potential candidates
Throughout my time here, I have been given a lot of responsibility. when i first started i was given one specific area to recruit for and now i a currently resourcing for most of the consultants within the office. Conducting face to face interviews as well as telephone vetting potential candidates before the interview stage.
I have particularly development my time management skills as well organisational skills.
The Company
The office has always got a positive vibe as well as always encouraging each other to always push to the extra mile to gain as many fees as we can.
when the minute i started i was sent on lots of training, not only to help me with my role but to also improve confidence when interviewing.
