The Role
Really great range of projects, wonderful team. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
The projects I was given were meaningful. They made sure I knew what deadlines I had and the consequence of not meeting them.
At Bae you're given mentors, line managers, and a manager. There are plenty of people to ask for anything.
Very busy until the last two weeks of placement. Which is understandable at a defence company. They didn't want to get me involved with anything and then have to leave.
Responsibility was in my hands. Most of the projects were reliant on me, others I was just a member helping others. But I still had deliverables.
A fair bit!
The Company
Nice, lax, casual.
It was very organized for me, but its dependant on what work there is at the time, etc...
The opportunity was there.

The Culture
Every Thursday graduates meet up. Lots of charity and social events at weekends.
Glasgow is a big city. Expensive places and cheaper places.
