About You
Great experience, gained insight into technology under both management consulting and risk consulting through the presentations, work shadowing and networking, Also managed to improve my personal skills through the skills sessions.
A lot. They kept emphasising the line "we are our people" and it proved to be true by the way we were treated and the opportunities we were offered merely as week-long interns.
We were guided and supported throughout the week - Whether by the skills sessions or though the work shadowing.
This was mainly thanks to the skills sessions we went through - The detailed presentation about presentation skills was especially useful as we then got to put these into use during the several business challenges we received. Including our final assessment.
The Company
Well structured - The assessment for fast-track opportunities was placed on the penultimate day, followed by a networking dinner at night. The final day then consisted of another business challenge, which was again encouraging us to put the skills we recently acquired into use, while at the same time, knowing that it was not going to be assessed took away the pressure and anxiety of the process - making it a lot more enjoyable. The whole-day work-shadowing day was also great - I was lucky to shadow a partner and thanks to his kind and patient explanations I gained a more complete overall picture of things.
Everyone was so kind and helpful.
A lot. The skills sessions were a big part of the week and there were not company-specific but rather served as long-term personal development.
A lot of information about each of the departments.
An awful lot. It is all about the people.
Very helpful indeed as it allows me to make a much more informed decision - exactly what I needed
Everything Else
Many of them - networking sessions, work shadowing day, networking dinner.
Very good.
Yes. There were sporting clubs within the company, as an example.
Definitely.
