About You
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at RPC. There was some great organised fun. The work in the sector groups were interesting and everyone was approachable and friendly.
The work that I undertook was valued highly by the other lawyers, paralegals.
With a trainee buddy and a supervisor, as well as those who work close by in the office, there is ample support.
Teamwork was an incredibly important aspect and I will use this in the future for my studies.
The Company
All aspects of the scheme were very well organised and structured well. Especially appreciated that we were given the group project to work on after the weekend.
Everyone was very friendly and approachable during the scheme and people are not afraid to introduce themselves and have a chat.
There were networking sessions and opportunities to learn about the firm almost every day. The end of week reviews were also very helpful in development of weak areas.
Very well. The trainees were keen to point out that they were doing similar work
A lot. Everyone seemed to be on the same wavelength and seemed to enjoy coming into work.
All interesting work.
Everything Else
Very generous.
Constantly networking opportunities.
Big fan of ClueQuest.
Could possibly have been more on this - would have loved to play in one of the RPC football matches.
Absolutely.
