The Role
I really enjoyed my placement. All the opportunities I wanted to indulge in were supported, and my opinions were valued.
Extremely valued, my opinion wasn't disregarded.
My manager never gave the impression he was too busy to support me or answer any questions I had. I still ask him 10+ questions a day!
Some days can be busier than others. But you will always have time to indulge in other activities outside of your role.
I was given the same responsibility as a full time employee.
As i had many responsibilities I had to manage my time accordingly and prioritize. This will definitely help my degree by organising my time properly.
The Company
Very comfortable and easy going
It was very well thought out. A month handover from previous intern.
We were able to attend all intern development training sessions.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Sales academy is an option for everyone, but there isn't a graduate scheme. This is one downfall.
The Culture
yes! Everyone got on with each other.
Expensive but you can always find cheap deals
There is no nightlife in Feltham but you can travel into Richmond where there are better places to go.
Yes! There is always something going on.
