I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The firm made a genuine effort to ensure we understood the culture of the firm, the work they do and get to know the wonderful people there.

I felt very valued. I always received feedback for my work and everyone seemed genuinely interested in my progress.

I received a great amount of guidance. The firm provides you with a buddy and a supervisor and they were always very supportive. Everyone else in the firm was happy to sit and explain work for you.

The skills I developed here will and have helped me when applying my work practically. I learnt from my feedback and was able to grow as a result.

The structure was clear and very well organised. We always had events and knew what to expect at all times. I always knew what was on and where to go. We had a great induction and felt ready to go after the first day.

The atmosphere is the real highlight for me. Everybody is incredibly friendly. I was able to get to know some really interesting people, all of whom took an interest in me.

The firm invested a lot in our training and social experience. We were frequently taken on really great social events. We also were provided with three days of really great training so that we would be ready for our first day in our department.

It gave me a great insight into what it would be like as a trainee at the firm. We were given really excellent work to do, as well as expected to manage our time.

The networking and social events were amazing. We had quiz nights, karaoke evenings, breakfast meetings, dinners and a really fun scavenger hunt.

Yes, there are many different sports teams to get involved with. The firm also has a lot cycling enthusiasts, so there are charity bike rides annually.

Yes, it was a terrific experience. You meet some really great people, learn a lot and challenge yourself.
