About You
Loved my time here!
Highly. Everyone from Trainee to Partner level really goes out of their way to let you know when they are pleased with the work you are doing.
This probably depends on which supervisor you are assigned but mine was fantastic! Always approachable and willing to check over work if it was for a partner or for the project that runs alongside every day work. When my supervisor was busy I had a trainee buddy assigned to me in case I had any queries so I was never left without any help if I needed it.
Great insight into the way a firm operates. Having done the GDL, it was nice to learn how to apply that knowledge practically
The Company
The three weeks were brilliantly handled. Two days for training, and the rest of the first week to get your bearings and settle in. Then two more weeks to actually experience the firm and build up a portfolio of work. Socials were nicely spread out over the three weeks with at least two a week, and they were normally followed by an early Breakfast meeting (which is a bit of a test but they do give you a free breakfast). Also the partner interview came before the last social so we could properly enjoy ourselves!
friendly and welcoming. Nabarro lawyers are lovely people!
