The Role
Loved it, loved london, loved my job role, loved that i could tailor it to my interests, loved the opportunity to work with country heads, global chief executives, great time so far, i hope it continues
Always there, they entrusted me with lots of responsibility
Always there, they entrusted me with lots of responsibility
I was at first in extreme waves, but this levelled out as the year went on and i grew into my role and took on more project based work
I was entrusted straight away with vital forecasting tasks, and speaking to c level contacts for the account team
in terms of project management i'll be much better, more confident, time management, industry exposure, experience to call on, insight into the real world, negotiations training, presentations training, benefit me immensely,
The Company
The attitude was serious and driven but in a good way, there were particular days where the atmosphere would be lighter but being in London and at a global entity meant that there was always a focused attitude
Brilliant, they've been doing it for years and it showed
Hugely, i've been on several training courses and i felt like the time they invested was also very valuable as with the money they can potentially make i was givena lot of contact time
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Healthcare from home
Wouldn't hesitate to apply for the graduate scheme, and have been made contacts who can help me through the process add give me an advantage also i would miss recruitment stages as an additional placement benefit
The Culture
In terms of amongst the students, there weren't many in my office and it was fairly difficult to get too the other office but 3 times a month went out with other colleagues, however i wasn't too bothered about fellow students
Central London, enough said

I've played golf with most of my account team, football with other students, there's always things to do, particularly runs and triathlons etc
