The Role
Hard work, long hours but if you can survive a year at enterprise you will have the confidence and skills to work anywhere. A thoroughy rewarding year. (both financially and proffeionally)
working as part of a team daily really buids confidence
you are provided with suffient training but you are thrown in at the deep end, you learn quickly and any issues just ask and everybody no matter what level are always happy to help.
you are very busy daily but time flys when your having fun!
once i had built up my knowledge i was givern the opportunity to run the counter daily. If you work hard and want more responsibility you will be given it.
