The Role
I really enjoy my time with JLL which I am provided with well organized events and great support.
I feel I am trusted by my colleagues where they are happy to give me the task based on my competency. They are willing to teach and explain to me if I'm given something new.
It depends. Sometime there are so much to do that I haven't have enough time to take on other stuffs from others when they need help.
I think I am given responsibility based on my capability, I am not expecting to be given much responsibility which I am not yet able to perform but I do feel the inclusion in the team which they are willing to include me in the task or project when they feel that I could do. Even if haven't got the experience, they are willing to let me try and learn in the process.
Apart from new theories that I have learnt in this internship, I think the most valuable skills are the practical skills that I picked up through the process. For example, the internship provide me an opportunity to see the construction technology that I've learnt in the uni in real life. Also, it provides me the opportunity to understand the process and tasks in my future career.
