About You
Really enjoyed it - 2 weeks as a Residential Summer Intern
Felt very much at home
As much as I needed, everyone was very happy to contribute and direct 30mins of their time a day towards explaining the inner workings of their job.
The experience won't necessarily help me in my studies, but it has given me better insight into where I want to go and what skills I should develop further to really exceed in agency work. It also has put me in better stead for future interviews.
The Company
Very well structured - however, this was not necessarily the case for all interns.
Convivial, welcoming and professional.
Had one seminar covering the literature behind body language and personality types.
Great in this respect
Entirely
Only really was a taste of the Residential side of a property so I have yet to try other paths
Everything Else
Was paid just above the national minimum wage and assuming a 40-hour week
Yes, one mixer event
Fluid and fun
I didn't partake due to time constraints but other interns reported playing hockey etc. for the company.
Yes, but ideally they'd want a 4-week internship
