The Role
I enjoyed my placement at Intel. There is a strong intern community and there are many social event that happen on a regular basis involving interns and full timers. Within my position i felt like i was a real asset to the company and i was committed in driving the business forward.
I felt very valued by my colleagues as they relied on me to carry out many responsibilities that has a domino affect. If you carry out a big task, your efforts are rewarded with monetary recognition.
A lot of support was provided by my management and my supervisor. They were always willing to help and i feel that i can go up to them anytime to ask for advice.
I was busy on a daily basis and i always had enough work to do. Whenever there was a quiet period i could always ask my supervisor for additional work.
Within my job role i had a lot of responsibilities and felt like i was an asset to the company as i was the approver for many request and i was also in charge of manager supply for one of the largest customer of EMEA,
I have developed many skills along the way during my time at Intel. I've also taken additional training classes to help strengthen skill like my presentation/public speaking skills.

there are many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work. The company has private events like bowling, Christmas parties, fireworks nigh and etc.
