About You
Really helpes me see the inside of the business and broaden my knowledge on the company as a whole.
We were looked after very well during the placement. It felt like the scheme was planned very well.
Any questions that i did ask were always answered to the fullest. Even if i didn't ask the question, someone else's question helped me.
I've finished college, but i would really like to attend the business again to do the bright start scheme.
The Company
Very well structured. It was planned very well.
It was great, i was surrounded by many different types of people which didnt make me feel any different.
We were able to work shadow meaning we got to do many tasks which showed that they invested time in us.
We done work with actual workers, so we had the opportunity to see.
Very well, we met different workers from different sections.
I got enough knowledge from actual workers to help me decide.
Everything Else
All my travels were covered.
Yes, we met many employees.
They were great, at this point i made my decision on what my next step was in terms of my career.
Not really, it was mostly to do with areas of work, however we were told about social groups.
Definitely, it was such an exciting experience.
