  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Very much so! It was absolutely enjoyable, the workshops, talks and networking opportunities have been absolutely top-notch. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who's thinking of kick-starting his or her career in the Financial Services industry.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • My colleagues have been incredibly supportive over the course of my first half of the internship, giving me constant feedback on both my positives and my development areas. Not to mention all the socials, night-outs and networking events - at which everybody was likeable. Seriously, I'd pay you five pounds if you introduced me to an attendee who isn't likeable.

  • My associates have been unimaginably steady through the span of my first 50% of the entry level position, giving me consistent input on both my positives and my advancement regions. Also every one of the socials, night-outs and systems administration occasions - at which everyone was amiable. Truly, I'd pay you five pounds in the event that you acquainted me with a participant who isn't amiable.

  • extremely pleasant. It was absolutely dazzling, the workshops, talks and systems association opportunities have been totally choice. I would embrace this to any person who's reasoning of kick-beginning his or her occupation in the Financial Services industry..

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Very well laid out, the senior individuals were there to bail us out, and the association of the learning plans was great and sensible. I would however have valued an admonishing of the greater part of the bookkeeping learning that would have helped me in my everyday errands.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Very well organised, the senior people were there to help us out, and the organisation of the learning schemes was very good and sensible. I would however have appreciated a forewarning of all of the accounting knowledge that would have helped me in my day-to-day tasks.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • I would love to be hired back by UBS, as I'm on great terms with my team with whom I've only spent a month but I feel close to already. People have great hospitality and so I would recommend the internship to anyone.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I would definitely say so, as I'm on incredible terms with my group with whom I've just spent a month yet I feel near as of now. Individuals have awesome cordiality thus I would prescribe the temporary job to anybody.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Rather expensive. Fifty pounds for a cocktail is common practice, thirty quid for a bottle of vodka. Honestly, London is very expensive. However one comes accustomed to it after a while, and the salary you earn more than makes up for it

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • As mentioned above, it can be costly. Fifty pounds for a mixed drink is regular practice, thirty quid for a container of vodka. Truly, London is extremely costly. In any case one comes usual to it before long, and the pay you acquire more than compensates for it

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Yes and to a great degree, it was wonderful. All the day out, talks and frameworks affiliation opportunities have been absolutely stupendous. I would grasp this to any individual who's thinking of kick-starting his or her occupation in the Financial Services industry..
