The Role
I was given hands on experience very early on which made the internship enjoyable.
The entire team were very respectful and professional but also always on hand to answer any questions I had.
I was always able to ask my superiors for advice.
It depended on how much work was available, some days I was extremely busy.
I was trusted with a lot of responsibility from senior members of staff.
I have successfully learnt useful valuation metrics which I will look forward to using in future. I will take the professionalism I have learnt back to university.
The Company
Atmosphere was very friendly
As the first intern in this division, I feel I had less structure in comparison to my peers in other divisions, but was still able to learn a lot.
Everyone was always available to explain anything that was new to me which was beneficial.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, would love to work here!
The Culture
A few events were held for interns.
Living in London is pretty expensive but that is not the fault of the organisation of course.
London is extremely lively so there is something to do every single day!
Not in terms of with colleagues, but the team were always flexible about allowing me to finish on time if I had plans.
