The Role
Very good - team made me feel very included.
Highly - even went for a meal with one of the directors of our client
A lot of support was available (even though I didn't need it, most of the time)
Very - my team ensured there were tasks for me to do everyday (once I'd settled in)
Quite a significant amount - my work still had to be checked by my manager most of the time, but my work actually had a large impact on the project itself
A LOT of business skills have been learnt on my end. I even learnt how to use post-it notes correctly (not as easy as you think)
The Company
The offices very pretty relaxed, and VERY modern
Awfully. I was meant to be doing an entirely different project, and the recruitment team placed me on the wrong one. That being said, I still performed at my best and impressed my managers at my time here, so not a major issue. Another point to mention is that I have been told the completely wrong location for my partner interview for a week, before it got clarified. (I got told it was in London initially, and then in Manchester.) Also expenses didn't get paid when I expected to.
Basic online training, nothing too arduous
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Travel loan
Very. Strongly considering a career with this company.
The Culture
Yes. Plenty of nights out, which appeals to me.
Expensive, only because it's the centre of Manchester/Leeds
Awesome.
Yes.
