The Role
There are many interns as well as mature graduates. There is a mixture of experience.
Whenever I needed some support, I could depend on my supervisor.
Generally very busy but you have flexibility.
From handling customers and accounts to delivering courses.
Got many soft skills which will help me develop my self.
The Company
Happy atmosphere most of the time. Things vary depending on the workload.
The planning could have been a bit better in terms of rotations.
We had loads of initial training, mentoring and licencing.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
There are many places to rotate and evolve inside the company. In the UK the company is medium sized hence this limits the opportunities.
The Culture
There is a very nice scene for socialising with colleagues.
Living cost is expensive for a student placement.
Did not have the opportunity to go out a lot but I enjoyed the times I went out.
Many of them from marketing events, hands-on tasters, courses, STEM ambassadors.
