The Role
Really helped my put into practice some of the Marketing & Business theory learnt in the First Year of University.
If you work hard, and are fast to learn you will reap the rewards and fast become a valued individual.
I had regular reviews and sit-downs with my Branch Manager and creative feedback from my colleagues and Assistant Manager.
Always kept busy; I started at 8am, first time I looked at my watch it was 12'noon, second time I looked it was 16.00, and then it was home time by 18.00. I was always kept busy; I never had time to sit and twiddle my thumbs...
After a few weeks of learning the ropes I was given some accountability within the office. Accountability was shared amongst all staff and after a couple of weeks we would all change tasks to give variety and share learning.
Definately learnt so much; not just putting my University theory into practice, but also a personal learning curve.
The Company
If we had a good week we would be rewarded with Pizzas and a free lunch. Everyone got on really well and we all had a good laugh together.
Second-to-none! Absolutely fantastic training and recruitment process. Everyone had a training file to follow and a scheme of work they knew they had to sign off in order to progress and be rewarded.
Very much; even offered me a job whilst at University and beyond!
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Like everyone says; if you work hard to will progress. If you put the effort in and get stuck in you will progress fast; the money is on the table, it is just up to you to pick it up!! So true!!
The Culture
All branch staff were treated to a night out (meal, drinks & club) on company expenses! Can't get much better than that!!
Newcastle is second to none. 8th biggest party city in the world... apparently!
As before.
