About You
I enjoyed the Summer Scheme greatly. I gained what I wanted to gain from it and I am very satisfied with the organisation.
I felt that I was welcomed into the team and that the work I did was useful and valued by my colleagues.
I received an appropriate amount of support and guidance both from the Dumfries office and from the Summer Scheme coordinators.
The skills I developed will be very relevant to my degree and hopefully beyond. My team were good at giving me relevant tasks and explained things clearly.
The Company
It was well structured and organised.
The atmosphere in Dumfries is fantastic and everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. There is a good working atmosphere and plenty of social opportunities.
The company gave me sufficient training to complete the tasks required of me.
It gave me an excellent insight into life as a rural surveyor.
It gave me a good insight into the company culture in Dumfries, although perhaps not into the wider Savills culture.
It was very valuable.
Everything Else
Yes there were a number of social events that allowed me to meet other employees.
They were very well organised and good fun.
