The Role
The events organised and networking opportunities left me feeling fulfilled
I was in a team of 15 diverse individuals who all showed me respect and appreciation
My manager and mentor both supported me on a personal and a career level
I had a nice balance of lots to get my teeth stuck into with time to network and work shadow other roles in the firm
I was left in charge of 3 projects and supported a graduate with 2 others. I was given responsibilities outside of my day-to-day job from others in my team.
I have learned to communicate effectively via email and increased my computing skills and capabilities on microsoft
The Company
Enough motivation to keep you working but an environment which was friendly and enjoyable to work in
HR put a lot of effort into the structure and events which took place
The first 3 days were intensive training days where we were catered for and looked after as a group of talented individuals
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
My manager supports my application and is set to offer me a place on the grad scheme
The Culture
The interns got on fantasticly well, we organised events outside those planned by HR so we could meet up
London is expensive but you get paid well enough to compensate for this and enjoy your time here
There's something for everyone
People took up sports with other interns and people often met for lunch and drinks after work
